Food Sensitivity / Intolerance: Food intolerance or non-allergic food hypersensitivity is a term used widely for varied physiological responses associated with a particular food, or compound found in a range of foods.
It’s important to recognize the difference. We test for the DELAYED sensitivity response…not the immediate response. With the immediate allergic response. This is NOT what we’re testing. We’re testing the 10-12 hour...sometimes up to 72 hour immune response that patients cannot figure out on their own!

Dr. Skye Necaise
Dr. Skye Necaise is a certified functional medicine practitioner with over 300 hours of post graduate training in clinical nutrition and functional medicine. She graduated from Mississippi State University in 2012 with a degree in Biological Sciences and went on to graduate from Life University in 2017.
While attending chiropractic school, she became very ill, which led her to a career change and her true passion and mission. She was able to discover the true healing power of functional medicine and resolve the root causes of her health issues. She was able to fully restore her health without any medications.
It is now her mission and passion to help patients with chronic health conditions to take control of their health and find real solutions not found in the traditional medical model. She now has a virtual practice where she helps patients from all across the country!
